### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Problem Resolution:** Actively address and resolve customer issues by employing critical thinking and effective communication techniques. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary while ensuring a positive ongoing relationship with the customer.

- **Customer Feedback:** Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in our products and services, providing insights to relevant departments.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and any resolutions provided in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales, marketing, and development teams to improve customer communications and ensure alignment on product delivery and customer success strategies.

- **Continuous Learning:** Engage in ongoing development opportunities offered by the company, including training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance personal and professional growth. Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and best practices in customer success.
