**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, striving for a positive resolution that enhances customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer issues and share feedback that could help improve service quality and operational procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of QSR Brands' menu items, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document and record customer interactions in the designated system, ensuring all details are accurately captured for future reference.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace that promotes a positive customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and suggestions to improve customer service operations.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experience with our brand and relay this information to the management team for continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience in customer service is required, making this an excellent entry-level role.
- Energetic personality with a strong desire to help others, demonstrating a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
- Adaptability to changing environments and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently when necessary.
- Excellent cooperation skills, working well within a team-oriented atmosphere, and supporting fellow team members.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and customer service software (training will be provided).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
