**Position Overview:**
As a Customer Support Associate at S P Setia Berhad, you will be a vital point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and information that elevates their experience with our brand. This is a remote part-time position tailored for candidates who are adaptable, resourceful, and possess a passion for customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their queries, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Use problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document and track all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as sales and product development) to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing enhancements in service delivery and product offerings.
- Stay informed of company products and services to provide accurate information and support.
- Identify recurring issues and work with management to implement systemic solutions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to continue developing your skills and product knowledge.
- Assist in creating resources or guides to improve customer self-service options.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
- Exceptional adaptability and resourcefulness; able to handle varying customer personalities and scenarios.
- Strong creativity and critical thinking skills to devise innovative solutions for customer challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities effectively in a remote environment.
