**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive and entrepreneurial work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or information efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries, product features, and services offered by Dialog Group Berhad.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members and various departments to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and provide creative solutions to improve customer experience and support processes.
- Assist with organizing and participating in promotional activities and events to engage customers and promote our services.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
