**Job Description:**

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service Management:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services, ensuring customers make informed decisions.

2. **Call Coordination:**
- Schedule customer appointments, follow-ups, and reminder calls as necessary.
- Manage high volumes of calls or chat inquiries while maintaining quality standards.

3. **Sales Support:**
- Assist potential customers in understanding our offerings through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate customer conversions and account management.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, responses, and action steps taken.
- Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service performance.

5. **Collaboration with Team:**
- Work closely with team members to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices for effective customer engagement and service delivery.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance individual skills and contribute to team goals.

6. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Actively seek customer feedback to improve products and services offered.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with management to develop solutions to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- Minimum of a diploma in any relevant field. Additional certifications in customer service or communication would be an advantage.

- **Experience Requirements:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in an online setting.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resourceful:** Ability to solve problems independently and find creative solutions under pressure.
- **Dedicated:** A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and meeting performance goals.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Negotiation:** Proficient in persuading and influencing others to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

- **Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.
- Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms for customer interaction.
