### Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a remote working environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service. As an Online Client Service Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various channels (email, chat, and video calls). Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- **Issue Resolution:** Proactively address and resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to handle issues that may arise.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and serviced solutions. Document any client requests or issues in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- **Service Improvement:** Collaborate with team members to analyze client feedback and develop strategies for enhancing service offerings. Propose innovative solutions to improve the overall client experience.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to adequately assist clients and provide insights on features or benefits that may address their needs.

- **Client Audits:** Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather testimonials. Perform assessments of existing client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and submit reports on client interactions, common inquiries, trends, and feedback to management for review and action.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to communicate client needs and feedback. Foster a cooperative environment to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a client service, customer support, or related role. Experience within the online service industry is highly desirable.

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software, online communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
