Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer care role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and possesses strong people management skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating complaints when necessary
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer care role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and CRM systems
- Adaptable and motivated team player with a can-do attitude
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in e-commerce or online customer service is a plus
