### Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Assist customers in troubleshooting product or service-related issues, employing strong problem-solving skills to ensure a swift resolution.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and attention, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- **Order Management:**
- Process orders, updates, and cancellations through the online platform, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and fulfillment of customer needs.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other customer service team members to share insights and streamline processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share best practices, and improve overall customer service experience.

- **Customer Feedback:**
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Document frequently asked questions and contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation.

- **Training and Development:**
- Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to stay current with product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies.
- Support new team members during their onboarding process by sharing insights and best practices.

### Requirements

- **Educational Background:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in customer service or related fields is a plus.

- **Experience:**
