### Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad, a leading healthcare provider in Asia, is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in customer service and healthcare. As an Online Customer Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience by addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional support as they navigate our services.

### Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers reaching out for assistance through various online channels including email, chat, and social media.
- **Support Services:** Assist customers by providing accurate information regarding our healthcare services, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance coverage.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer issues and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback using our customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to the management team for future improvements in service delivery and customer experience.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Track and report on key metrics related to customer success and satisfaction to ensure goals are being met.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work with cross-functional teams including marketing and healthcare professionals to develop and refine customer support strategies.
- **Develop Resources:** Contribute to the development of customer-facing resources, such as FAQs, guides, and online help articles to improve self-service options.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in training sessions to stay updated on IHH's offerings, customer service techniques, and industry developments. Support fellow team members in their training and onboarding processes.

### Requirements:

- **Educational Background:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant coursework or certifications in customer service or healthcare would be advantageous.
- **Experience:** No prior experience necessary, however, any experience in customer service or healthcare (internships or volunteer work) will be considered a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Leadership potential demonstrated through previous academic, volunteer, or extracurricular activities.
