### Job Description

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru. This is a part-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer service. ### Key Responsibilities

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various online channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide clear, knowledgeable, and accurate information regarding our products and services.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Assess customer issues and determine effective solutions swiftly, utilizing decision-making skills to resolve conflicts and complaints.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate and analyze customer service reports to identify patterns and suggest areas for improvement.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and product development, to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to collaborative efforts in improving service delivery.

5. **Training and Development:**
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices within the team.

6. **Innovation:**
- Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements that improve service quality and efficiency.
- Contribute ideas for new customer engagement initiatives and service offerings.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or digital environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Confident: Possesses the ability to engage with customers assertively, providing solutions and support.

**Soft Skills:**
- Decision-making: Ability to assess situations and make sound decisions in a timely manner.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with online support tools and platforms is a plus.

**Languages:**
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Malay or Mandarin will be an advantage.
