**Job Description:**

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are looking for a part-time role that allows for greater flexibility. As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing essential support to our clients and ensuring they have the best possible experience with Sunway Construction Group.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with customers through live chat on our website, addressing queries regarding our services, projects, and corporate information in a timely and informative manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Triage and investigate customer issues, effectively communicating any necessary steps or solutions to resolve their inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as necessary, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process.

3. **Project Management:**
- Manage multiple ongoing chats simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of service.
- Prioritize customer inquiries effectively based on urgency, ensuring timely follow-ups.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with different departments, including sales, project management, and technical support, to address customer concerns and gather necessary information needed for resolutions.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

5. **Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Provide reports on customer inquiries and trends to help identify areas of improvement in service delivery.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance skills through training, feedback, and self-improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or chat environment.

- **Education:**
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in a related field is advantageous.

- **Skills:**
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong project management and time management skills to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries.
- Proficient in using various chat and customer service tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about customer service and helping others.
- Independent and self-motivated, with the capacity to work effectively without close supervision.

- **Work Environment:**
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, flexible environment, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude.
