### Job Description

As a Remote Call Center Representative for Axiata Group Berhad, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across various platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions in a timely manner. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during every interaction.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure the resolution meets company standards and customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the company's products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's systems to maintain a clear record of communication.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the support team and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication across various channels.
- **Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- **Adaptability**: Adjust quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and customer needs to maintain service excellence in a dynamic environment.
- **Innovation and Improvement**: Propose innovative ideas and strategies to enhance customer service operations and improve overall customer experience.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet and exceed individual performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the call center team.

### Requirements

#### Education and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

#### Skills & Competencies
- **Energetic & Adaptable**: Must possess a positive attitude and be able to adjust to different situations and personalities with ease.
- **Innovative Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues effectively and enhance service processes.
- **Soft Skills**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, etc.).
