**Job Description:**
UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's high standards of service. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and troubleshoot client issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed to ensure swift resolution.
- Ensure that all client interactions reflect UEM Sunrise Berhad's commitment to customer satisfaction.
3. **Client Onboarding:**
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setting expectations proactively.
- Provide training and support on company products and services as necessary.
4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in the company's CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and documented.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
5. **Feedback and Reporting:**
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and service improvements for management review.
6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client relations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery and client engagement strategies.
7. **Professional Development:**
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer relations.
- Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years in a client relations or customer service role, preferably in a remote capacity.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent adaptability in a changing work environment.
- Strong people management skills, able to relate to diverse client needs and concerns.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
