We are seeking an energetic and adaptable Remote Client Support Representative to join our team. 1. **Client Interaction:**
- Effectively manage conversations with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

- Maintain a clear understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
2. **Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:**

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
3. **Data and Feedback Management:**
- Record and maintain accurate client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

- Contribute to the preparation of reports on client support activities and trends.
4. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote trust and loyalty.

5. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop skills and share knowledge.

### **Requirements:**
- **Experience and Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or client relations, preferably in a remote role.
- **Skills:**
- Demonstrated ability in people management, with a focus on cultivating positive client relationships.
- Strong persuasive communication skills to effectively handle difficult situations and negotiate outcomes.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
