### **Job Description:**

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Client Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our clients, helping to resolve their inquiries and issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position suited for someone who is dedicated and eager to contribute to a culture of ongoing learning and development.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

- **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems or service-related issues swiftly, providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues reported, and the resolutions provided in the company's CRM system.

- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure issues have been satisfactorily resolved and gather feedback on the support they received.

- **Product Knowledge:** Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dialog Group products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure that client issues are resolved in a timely manner and coordinate efforts to improve the overall client experience.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- **Reporting:** Assist in identifying trends in client inquiries and feedback to inform product development and policy changes.

- **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively communicating and understanding their needs.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, support, or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably in a remote capacity.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer support software, ticketing systems, and common office applications. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
