### **Job Description**

MR DIY Group is seeking a driven and dedicated Remote Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. ### **Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction:** Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving:** Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions while resolving complaints accurately and efficiently.
- **Database Management:** Accurately enter and update customer information in our database and maintain records of interactions for future reference.
- **Product Knowledge:** Possess a thorough understanding of MR DIY products and services, including pricing, availability, and promotions, to recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- **Sales Support:** Identify opportunities to upsell products and services, maximizing sales potential during customer interactions.
- **Adaptation to Change:** Be flexible and adaptable to company policies and procedures while accommodating changes in a fast-paced environment.
- **Research Skills:** Perform necessary research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers, staying updated on company products and industry trends.
- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and contribute ideas for process improvements and enhancements in customer service protocols.
- **Feedback and Reporting:** Gather customer feedback and report insights to management to enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills, actively seeking out professional development opportunities.

### **Requirements**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a customer service contact center role, with demonstrated experience in a remote work setting.
- **Education:** Higher School Certificate or equivalent; further education in communications, business, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using contact center software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in Malay is a strong plus.
- **Personality Traits:** Highly adaptable and independent, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong adaptability and research abilities, showcasing a knack for accuracy in information gathering and problem-solving.
