**Job Description:**

Petron Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. As a part-time member of our contact center, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our diverse clientele. This position requires individuals who are independent, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving abilities while managing customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Provide efficient, friendly, and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through services and products offered by Petron Malaysia.
- **Problem Resolution:** Independently assess customer issues and implement effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain detailed records for reference and quality assurance.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about all Petron Malaysia products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate pertinent information to customers and promote relevant offerings.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather and report customer feedback and trends to management, contributing to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with team members and management to uphold customer service standards and foster a collaborative working environment.
- **Mentorship Engagement:** Actively participate in team training and development sessions, sharing insights and supporting peers to cultivate a culture of mentorship.
- **Adaptability:** Adjust to various work demands and adapt to changes in processes, technology, and customer needs while ensuring a high standard of service.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role demonstrating a strong understanding of customer interactions.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Strong internet research skills are essential.
