**Job Description:**

Perodua, a leading automotive manufacturer in Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated and driven **Remote Customer Success Representative** to join our dynamic team. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring successful engagements with our products and services. The ideal candidate is someone who is hardworking and independent, with a passion for customer success and a commitment to building lasting relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to ensure they are receiving maximum value from our products and services.
- Conduct regular check-ins through various communication channels (email, phone, video calls) to gauge customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify customer issues promptly and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and solutions provided in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

3. **Onboarding and Training:**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, providing them with the necessary training and resources to help them fully utilize our products.
- Develop and present training materials, user manuals, and how-to guides that foster ease of use and engagement.

4. **Feedback & Improvement:**
- Collect customer feedback and insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to product improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct follow-up surveys and compile reports to assess overall customer experience and satisfaction levels.

5. **Sales Support:**
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services based on customer needs and feedback.
- Work closely with the sales team to relay customer insights that could influence product offerings and marketing strategies.

6. **Leadership and Initiative:**
- Take ownership of customer accounts and demonstrate proactive leadership in addressing customer needs.
- Mentor and guide other team members on best practices for customer engagement and relationship management.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills:**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other digital communication tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic, capable of balancing multiple priorities independently.
- Independent thinker who can take initiatives and excel in a remote working environment.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly.
- Resilience and adaptability in handling changing customer needs and expectations.
