**Job Description:**

S P Setia Berhad is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Remote Live Chat Assistant** to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through live chat services and ensuring their inquiries are handled in a timely and effective manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Manage and respond to incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.

- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- **Information Management:** Maintain clear, concise, and complete records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services and processes.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and appropriate follow-up on customer inquiries.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively contribute insights and ideas to streamline live chat processes and enhance customer experience.

- **Knowledge Base Maintenance:** Assist in updating and maintaining the FAQ section of the live chat system to ensure information is current and helpful for both customers and team members.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by the company to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

- **Years of Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably with experience in live chat support or digital communication.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer service software and live chat tools. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:** Must be passionate about customer service and possess a resourceful mindset to handle varying customer inquiries effectively.
