About the Role
Along the years, we have been diversifying our products and ventured into Lifestyle vertical, hence here we have our first Lifestyle product - Narwal robotic vacuum cleaner. This role will be supporting sales operation at the retail store. As a Retail Sales Intern, you will greet and assist customers, provide detailed product information, ensure customer satisfaction, handle transactions, and maintain store operations, while demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
-Greet customers and provide detailed information about products, features, pricing, and services.
-Demonstrate products and guide customers throughout the shopping experience.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
-Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.
-Follow store SOPs and assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stocking, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Independently and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with Chinese-speaking clients.
